    With more than 16 years of experience in hospitality sales and destination development, Jess brings deep industry knowledge and a fresh perspective to every project. She has built her career on helping destinations, hotels, and tourism organizations grow their revenue, expand their reach, and create meaningful connections with travelers.

    As founder & principal of Evergreen Destination Development, Jess specializes in strategic sales, marketing, and event solutions that position destinations for long-term success. Known for her enthusiasm, creativity, and collaborative spirit, she goes above and beyond to ensure her clients feel supported and empowered every step of the way.

    When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Jess exploring the trails and lakes of the Okanagan, where she lives with her family.

    With over 20 years of experience in tourism development and destination marketing, Cassandra Zerebeski brings extensive knowledge to Evergreen Destination Development Ltd. An industry leader across British Columbia, she has helped various communities enhance their tourism strategies and connect with key markets.

    Although not involved in daily operations, Cassandra serves as a mentor to Jessica, offering strategic planning and industry development guidance to shape the company’s long-term vision. Known for her collaborative leadership and strong industry relationships, she focuses on sustainable tourism growth in the Okanagan and beyond.

    When she is not working, Cass enjoys skiing, biking, and reconnecting with nature with her family.
